Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event that your order become lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you will need to contact the mail carrier regarding information on your package. You should have received an email containing your tracking information.

You are responsible for filing your own claim or missing mail form with USPS. Classic Charm Boutique is not responsible for tracking down your package. We are only able to provide you with the same information that you are able to access using your tracking information. Your local mail carrier or post office will have access to more information, such as where it was delivered, what time, by whom, etc. Below we have provided you with the customer service phone numbers and website link to help with your search.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be solely responsible for your package once the items have been shipped. Classic Charm Boutique is not required to send refunds nor replacements should your package become lost, damaged, or stolen.

Our Policy

Once your package leaves our shipping department, Classic Charm Boutique is not held responsible for errors made within the shipping service, provided by USPS. We are not required to refund nor send replacements for items that are marked "delivered", become lost or stolen in the mail, or damaged during transit. Classic Charm Boutique will not refund nor replace any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. YOU MUST CONTACT THE MAIL CARRIER FOR LOCATING LOST PACKAGES AND/OR REFUNDS. USPS or UPS have been paid to service you with the fulfillment of your order.
